Amazon is one of the biggest companies out there. In my opinion, the design of their website is quite old-fashioned and since it’s good in terms of user experience and accessibility, it would be great to see a “refreshed” user interface of the website. The goal is to make the design cleaner and sharper than the current UI.
If you look at those two homepages, the original one is a bit cluttered and feels outdated and most of the layout is low-resolution images. In the redesign instead, the layout is clean and easy to use for customers and images are well fit in components. The whole redesign feels better for today's trends and has all design fundamentals preserved, unlike the original website.
